Update – Blackboard Bboogle Tool Experiencing Intermittent Issues

The issue with the Bboogle tool that caused instructors to be unable to open linked files and receive error messages has been resolved; however, please be aware that tool is designed to only allow users to share and edit files that were created within Google Apps. Files (such as Word, PPT, Excel) that are imported into your Google Drive from your desktop will currently appear on the list of documents that you may link to using Bboogle but you and your students will receive an error when you try to access them.
