OIT Systems Maintenance, Thurs. Jan 30, from 3:00AM to 7:00AM
Office of Information Technology will be performing routine systems maintenance which includes but is not limited to rebooting Windows servers as deemed necessary, installing critical patches and other health checks on Thursday, 1/30/2014 from 3:00 AM to 7:00 AM during OIT maintenance window. Completed – Emergency Network Maintenance – Friday January 24th from 3:00 a.m. until 4:00 a.m.
The network maintenance scheduled from 3:00 – 4:00 a.m. on Friday January 24 has been completed successfully. Services should be fully operational and existing issues with latency and sporadic inability to access the internet from certain computers should now be resolved.

Emergency Network Maintenance – Friday January 24th from 3:00 a.m. until 4:00 a.m.
Communication Infrastructure will be performing emergency network maintenance between 3:00 a.m. and 4:00 a.m. tomorrow, Friday January 24th. During this time many network services will be intermittently unavailable including, but not limited to, access to the Internet, access between campuses, telephone services, and VPN access. This emergency maintenance is intended to resolve existing issues with high network latency and sporadic issues with end-user connectivity to the internet.
In case of an emergency during this period, please dial 911 or contact the FAU Police Department at 561-271-5163 from a non-FAU phone.
