As the university implements remote/online learning, the FAU Career Center is pleased to partner with faculty and staff to provide turnkey Career Center assignments, ranging from resume/cover letter writing to career skill development. These career readiness modules can be infused directly into any Canvas course, and faculty can select any virtual assignment option.
Whether you teach a first-year seminar or a capstone course, these assignments can be used to assist your students in every phase of career development. Click here for more information and to request access to the Career Center Canvas Course. Additionally, the Career Center team is available to provide virtual presentations or workshops (possibly to include employer guest speakers, community leaders, etc.). Please use the workshop request form, and we will work with you to coordinate the virtual session that best meets the needs of your course.
The FAU Career Center is here for FAU students, with most all services available through virtual appointments or drop-in sessions (8 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday to Friday). If your students would like to schedule a new appointment, please direct them to Handshake, https://fau.joinhandshake.com/appointments/new. Most appointment types are offered through phone or video conferencing.
