The Webex platform will no longer be available for use in meetings after this date. Webex will be removed from Canvas on May 8, 2023, at the end of the Spring term. Users should download any important cloud recordings or meeting information before this date. They will be deleted from the cloud after this point.<\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: left\">\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;background: white\"><b><span style=\"color: black\">For Webex: <\/span><\/b><span style=\"color: black\">the cloud storage period is decreasing from 366 days to 180 days.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;background: white\"><b><span style=\"color: black\">For Zoom<\/span><\/b><span style=\"color: black\">: the cloud storage period is increasing from 120 days to 180 days. Users can opt-out of receiving email reminders about Zoom cloud recording expiration dates. To do this, follow the instructions in the\u00a0<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.fau.edu\/canvas\/Files\/zoom\/recordingNotifications.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">document linked here<\/a><\/strong>.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: left\">Cloud recordings on both platforms can be downloaded and saved to Mediasite or other storage options.
