- Upload your syllabus (written instructions<\/a>, video<\/a><\/strong>) and then publish your course<\/strong><\/a> before the first day of classes so that your students get an idea of your course’s work load and expectations.<\/li>
- You don’t need to have all of your materials finalized before publishing your Canvas course. Selectively publish materials throughout the term by leaving specific modules<\/strong><\/a>, discussions<\/a><\/strong>, pages,<\/strong><\/a> assignments<\/a><\/strong> and quizzes<\/strong><\/a> in a draft state until you are ready for your students to see them.<\/li><\/ul><\/li>
