This change will happen on that day, but is not expected to break any of the functionality\/settings of your currently active discussions. The redesign will introduce visual changes along with new features to improve the overall accessibility and functionality of the tool.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"block-31fe1fbf-4562-4258-a89c-a475f08fb7c1\">Our <strong><a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/wordpress.fau.edu\/canvas\/2024\/04\/30\/canvas-discussions-announcements-to-receive-update-in-july\/\" target=\"_blank\">previous post<\/a><\/strong> mentioned a couple of these new features and included steps for you to preview them by <strong>enabling the update in your course&#8217;s settings<\/strong>.
