Several users have reported connectivity issue to Microsoft Exchange mail and calendar. We have identified and resolved the issue which was related to an active mail server at FAU remote site. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused you. If you are still experiencing problems, please contact the OIT Helpdesk, (561) 297 3999.
OIT will be performing maintenance to the Exchange email systems between 6:00a.m. and 6:30a.m. tomorrow morning. During the maintenance, Exchange may be briefly unavailable at times. These changes are expected to resolve widespread reports of slowness and freezes among Exchange users.
Due to drop/add scheduled for this week, the following upgrades have been rescheduled from 1/10/2013 to 1/17/2013 . . .

Network connectivity to the Davie campus has been restored.
The Davie campus has experienced a network outage affecting all buildings on that campus. We are working to repair the outage and will update with more information when it becomes available.
Updates to the Echo360 course video system are complete.
Echo Player streaming class videos and audio/video podcast downloads are available again.
Personal Capture users will now be prompted to update their client to the current version when they start the software.
