If you experience any issues report them to the OIT Help Desk.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>UPDATE 09\/12\/2024 2:12PM:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Banner Admin services have been restored, however, currently Banner Self-Service is offline. We will be restarting all services after 10:00PM tonight in order to apply fixes and get Banner Self-Service online again. This will be an emergency maintenance session that can only be performed in the evening. We appreciate your understanding. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>UPDATE 09\/12\/2024 12:11PM:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We are currently having issues with Banner Admin and Banner Self-Service after a major upgrade this morning. We are working with Ellucian to restore services as quickly as possible. We appreciate your patience as we try to get Banner fully operational again.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>UPDATE 09\/12\/2024 8:00AM:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Please note that the Banner maintenance is taking a bit longer than expected.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p> You may experience intermittent access issues with the following services as we are at the last phase of deployment and restarts:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p> E-Transcripts, Students Registration, Banner Access Management, and Banner Administrative Pages<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We anticipate that the maintenance will be completed by 9:30am. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Thank you for your patience and apologies for any inconvenience caused.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>OIT<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>UPDATE 09\/13\/2024 1:39AM: All Banner services are now operational.
