Pertaining the Banner production outage this morning, our database vendor (Oracle) has identified patches and other fixes that need to be applied to prevent the problem from reoccurring. The downtime involved to apply these fixes are as follows:<\/p>\n

Banner test (banoradev): 3\/12\/2012 @ 6pm-8pm
\nBanner production (bannerprd): 3\/13\/2012 @ 4am-6am<\/p>\n

This will affect the following services:<\/p>\n

– Internet Native Banner

\n– Travel
\n– Workflow
\n– Effort Certifcation
\n– Eprint
\n– People search
