The data received was invalid or corrupt.&#8221; error. Respondus Senior Technical Support is looking into the issue at this time.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>Users should be able to resolve the issue by uninstalling and reinstalling the latest version of the Lockdown Browser which can be <a title=\"found here\" href=\"http:\/\/www.respondus.com\/lockdown\/installm2own.pl?ID=721312624\" target=\"_blank\">found here<\/a><\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>Meanwhile for students unable to update their Lockdown Browser, who may need to complete a final exam in the next few hours, we recommend that they use LockDown Browser-Windows.
