In addition, the following systems will be specifically impacted:<\/p>\n<p>When: 3:00 AM to 4:00 AM<br \/>\nAffected services: Any service that utilizes FAU NetID including, but not limited to, Owl Apps, Blackboard, eCollege, Phonebill, Netreg, Omniupdate, and Helpdesk<br \/>\nAffected systems: CAS (sso.fau.edu<br \/>\nDescription of maintenance:\u00a0The CAS (sso.fau.edu) database will be moved to a new host<br \/>\nUser impact:\u00a0sso.fau.edu will be unavailable for a short period of time during the window. Users will not be able to log in to any service that utilizes FAU NetID including, but not limited to, Owl Apps, Blackboard, eCollege, Phonebill, Netreg, Omniupdate, and Helpdesk<\/p>\n<p>When: 3:00 AM to 6:00 AM<br \/>\nAffected services: SharePoint<br \/>\nAffected systems: SharePoint<br \/>\nDescription of maintenance:\u00a0The VHDs of the SharePoint hosts will be aligned to increase performance of the systems.<br \/>\nUser impact:\u00a0SharePoint will be intermittently unavailable during the maintenance window.
