Nov. 1 from 3:00AM to 7:00AM"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Office of Information Technology will be performing routine systems maintenance which includes but is not limited to rebooting Windows servers as deemed necessary, installing critical patches and other health checks on Thursday, 11\/01\/2012 from 3:00 AM to 7:00 AM during OIT maintenance window. In addition, the following systems will be specifically impacted:<\/p>\n<p>When: 3:00 AM &#8211; 4:30 AM<br \/>\nAffected services: Blackboard<br \/>\nAffected systems: Blackboard<br \/>\nDescription of maintenance: Apply Blackboard Patchset2 as well as supplementary patches.<br \/>\nUser impact: Blackboard will not be available during the proposed downtime.<\/p>\n<p>When: 3:00 AM &#8211; 6:00 AM<br \/>\nAffected services: Talisma<br \/>\nAffected systems: Talisma<br \/>\nDescription of maintenance: Install hotfix to talisma to fix an outgoing email issue.<br \/>\nUser impact: Talisma will not be operable. Any users trying to send emails out from talisma at the time will not be delivered.  Users will have to update their clients to the newest hotfix to be able to use client.
