Office of Information Technology will be performing routine systems maintenance which includes but is not limited to rebooting Windows servers as deemed necessary, installing critical patches and other health checks on Thursday, 02\/21\/2013 from 3:00 AM to 7:00 AM during OIT maintenance window. In addition, the following systems will be specifically impacted:<\/p>\n

When: 3:00 \u2013 3:15 AM
\nAffected Systems: andisec, boc22cmsccm01
\nDescription of Maintenance: The system will be rebooted to attempt to resolve an issue with NetApp Snapshots
\nUser Impact: andisec and sccm will be unavailable for approximately 15 minutes<\/p>\n

When: 5:00 \u2013 6:00 AM
\nAffected Services: EMS
\nAffected Systems: events.fau.edu(fauweb5,fauappsrv2,sql05vs)
\nDescription of Maintenance: EMS, VirtualEMS, and Master Calendar IIS sites, databases, and connectors will be patched and upgraded to their latest versions.
\nUser Impact: Users sessions will be interrupted and they will need to login again.<\/p>\n

When: 3:00 \u2013 6:00 AM
\nAffected Systems: acsmem02, acsmem04, aptitudesrv, adcon, fauweb2, fauwebdev, issdev, fauappsrv1, ecswins02, jobs.finaid
\nDescription of Maintenance: The systems group will be migrating these virtual machines from HVCLUSTER to boc22hvclust01.
\nUser Impact: The following systems will be unavailable for approximately 20-60min during the window: acsmem02, acsmem04, aptitudesrv, adcon, fauweb2, fauwebdev, issdev, fauappsrv1, ecswins02, jobs.finaid<\/p>\n

When: 5:00am to 6:00am
\nAffected Systems: BigIP standby
\nDescription of Maintenance: Vendor (F5) requested an End User Diagnostic to be run on our standby bigip system in order to assist with debugging a recent problem with the system. Such diagnostics require system to be offline. As it is the current standby system, there are no expected service outages.
