Office of Information Technology will be performing routine systems maintenance which includes but is not limited to rebooting Windows servers as deemed necessary, installing critical patches and other health checks on Thursday, 02\/14\/2012 from 3:00 AM to 7:00 AM during OIT maintenance window. \nAffected systems: Bannerprd, Banoradev, Bbloracle, Bbloraclealt, Boc22ora01, Boc22ora02, Boc22ora03, Mcoracle, Modena, Odsprod, Odstest
\nDescription of maintenance: Update the disk and shelf firmware on production NetApp filers (bocana01\/bocana02). Also, update the Service Processor firmware.
\nUser impact: We do not expect any end-user impact; however, the systems\/services liste above could be affected if something does go wrong.<\/p>\n

\nDescription of Maintenance: Update the parature authentication module to prevent duplicate user accounts.
\nUser Impact: This minor change will result in 5 \u2013 10 minutes of downtime during which users will not be able to login to helpdesk.fau.edu.<\/p>\n

\nDescription of Maintenance: Migrate two virtual machine servers from the Dell cluster to the HP cluster to improve reliability.
