Office of Information Technology will be performing routine systems maintenance which includes but is not limited to rebooting Windows servers as deemed necessary, installing critical patches and other health checks on Thursday, 04\/04\/2013 from 3:00 AM to 7:00 AM during OIT maintenance window.\u00a0 In addition, the following systems will be specifically impacted:<\/p>\n

When: 3:00 \u2013 3:15 AM
\nAffected Systems: boc22cm102srv1, boc22cm102srv10, boc22cm102srv4, boc22cm102srv10, boc22cm102vrt101mrtg, boc22cm102wcs10, cosweb1, jobs.finaid, ls-osd, ls-snap, ls-spss, printonline, remotecon, remotecon2, sqltesthost01, vcboc01, vcboc02, wsus
\nGroups Involved:\u00a0 Systems
\nDescription of Maintenance:\u00a0 These systems are being reconfigured to allow them to move between hosts with different processors
\nUser Impact:\u00a0 The following services will be unavailable between 3 and 3:15AM:
\n\u00a0What\u2019s Up server (for networking group)
\n\u00a0Cisco wireless control system
\n\u00a0College of Science web server
\n\u00a0Finaid website
\n\u00a0Labs new licensing servers for SNAP,SPSS,OSD
\n\u00a0Labs new print online system
\n\u00a0vCenter services for Systems group
\n\u00a0wsus services for Systems group<\/p>\n

When: 3:00 \u2013 6:30 AM
\nAffected Systems: bba2, bba5, bbm1, ieadata, ieaweb, nsboc1, pinky, r25-webservice, flashgordon, idm2, ldapboc0, spwfe1, talapp01, talonx1

\nDescription of Maintenance:\u00a0 These systems are being migrated to different host hardware
\nUser Impact:\u00a0 The following services will be unavailable for approximately for 30 to 60 minutes during the window:

\n\u00a0Signature System website
\n\u00a0IEA and Talisma outgoing email distributions
