\nDescription of Maintenance: p2v of the Blackberry Enterprise server
\nUser Impact: the blackberry server will be offline for a few minutes at the end of the migration process.<\/p>\n

\nAffected services: Blackboard, Banner, Myfau, Filelocker, Directory Services, CAS, IDM, Netreg, Sharepoint, OwlApp, UGApp, and Tms Bridge
\nAffected systems: BigIP LTM
\nDescription of maintenance: BigIP load balancers are being moved to a new rack.
\nUser impact: Although the LTM units are redundant, during the physical move, there will still be a failover from one unit to the other. Upon failover, there will be a short period of erratic connectivity for services behind the load balancers. These include:
\nBlackboard, Banner, Myfau, Filelocker, Directory Services, CAS, IDM, Netreg, Sharepoint, OwlApp, UGApp, and Tms Bridge.<\/p>\n

\nDescription of Maintenance: www.fau.edu currently allows directory listing. An administrative decision was made to no longer allow that for security concerns.
\nUser impact: From now on, if anyone intended to use www.fau.edu as a file server to allow browsing of a directory to serve up files, they will no longer be able to do so.<\/p>\n
