In addition, the following systems will be specifically impacted:<\/p>\n<p>When : 5:00 AM &#8211; 7:00 AM<br \/>\nAffected Systems:                 MyFAU will be unavailable<\/p>\n<p>Description of Change: MyFAU will have its host java updated and configurations will be put in place to enable single sign-on to Exchange 2010 webmail.                                                Intermitted downtime starting at 5am. ======================================================<\/p>\n<p>When: 5:00 AM &#8211; 6:30 AM<br \/>\nAffected Services:                 Talisma Development will be unavailable<\/p>\n<p>Description of Change: Convert TALDEV01 and TALDEV02 to VMs. Remove Backup Exec System Recovery from TALDEV01. Affected Systems:                 TALDEV01                 TALDEV02 ======================================================<\/p>\n<p>When: 5:00 AM &#8211; 6:00 AM<br \/>\nWhat: Banner faculty advisor self-service 8.5 upgrade<br \/>\nWho (impacted): Users trying to access the faculty\/advisor pages in SSB<\/p>\n<p>When: 3:00am-7:00am<br \/>\nWhat: Harvest production database upgrade<br \/>\nWho (impacted): All harvest users, the harvest service will also be unavailable after 7:00am until the end of the day and possibly the next day.<\/p>\n<p>When: 5:00am-6:00am<br \/>\nWhat: <a href=\"http:\/\/www.fau.edu\">www.fau.edu<\/a> being placed behind F5 Global Traffic Manager<br \/>\nWho (impacted): No interruption<\/p>\n<p>======================================================<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>IRM will be performing routine systems maintenance which includes but is not limited to rebooting Windows servers as deem necessary, installing critical patches and other health checks on Thursday, 03\/24\/2011 from 3:00am to 7:00am during IRM maintenance window.
