Office of Information Technology will be performing routine systems maintenance which includes but is not limited to rebooting Windows servers as deemed necessary, installing critical patches and other health checks on Thursday, 05\/15\/2014 from 3:00 AM to 7:00 AM during OIT maintenance window. \nAffected services: Undergraduate & Graduate Admissions Applications
\nAffected systems: Frevvo forms manager
\nDescription of maintenance: Install a patch to fix issue with Google Chrome.
\nUser impact: Minimal downtime expected (less than 5 minutes)<\/p>\n

When: 4:00AM – 5:00AM
\nAffected services: Central Authentication System (CAS)
\nAffected systems: CAS
\nDescription of maintenance: FAU\u2019s web base authentication system will be upgraded to provide additional security features such as Two Factor Authentication, improved user session termination and improved reliability. In addition all expired user passwords will be extended between 30 to 180 days. This will allow users time to respond to the password expiration warnings before they are force to change their password.
\nUser impact: Users may need to refresh their browsers and possibly clear their browser cache.<\/p>\n
