IRM will be performing routine systems maintenance which includes but is not limited to rebooting Windows servers as deem necessary, installing critical patches and other health checks on Thursday, 06\/9\/2011 from 3:00 AM to 7:00 AM during IRM maintenance window. In addition, the following systems will be specifically impacted:<\/p>\n

What: Updates in Banner When: 5am-7am Affected: The maintenance will be performed from 5:00 am to 7:00 am. All related applications will remain available.<\/p>\n

* FAUP: General 8.4.1 upgrade + 4 patches (p1-el3ysd, p1-hy1id3, p1-nehj4t, p1-i6z6yh)<\/p>\n

* FAUP: Student 8.5 patch (p1-mnxgb5)<\/p>\n

* FAUP: CleanAddress update<\/p>\n

———————————————————- When: 4:00 AM – 6:00 AM Affected Services: Blackboard 9.1 Production Affected Systems: Solaris Zones: BP1 – BBP7 and COLLAB servers Description of Maintenance: The Blackboard 9.1 production servers will be updated to correct an error when users receive an error when trying to save assessments. Each server will require a PushConfigUpdates.sh script to run to make the changes effective.<\/p>\n

When: 5:00 AM – 7:00 AM Affected Services Identity Manager and Password Sync Single Sign On (sso.fau.edu) Affected Systems: IDM0P IDM1P CAS0P CAS1P DS0P DS1P Description of Maintenance: We need to apply the latest Java Security Patch<\/p>\n
