Office of Information Technology will be performing routine systems maintenance which includes but is not limited to rebooting Windows servers as deemed necessary, installing critical patches and other health checks on Thursday, 04\/16\/2015 from 3:00 AM to 7:00 AM during OIT maintenance window. \nAffected services: sso.fau.edu, Blackboard, Self Service, and Single Sign On service.\u200b
\nAffected systems: cas1, cas2, shibboleth1, shibboleth2
\nDescription of maintenance: OIT will upgrade backend infrastructure releated to how we authorize third party services for authentication into Single Sign On.
\nUser impact: Users may experience temporary issues accessing some single sign on services.<\/p>\n

Upgrade Identity Manager to Google Applications Connection
\nWhen: 3:00AM to 6:00AM
\nAffected services: Identity Manager and Google Appplications\u200b
\nAffected systems: idm1, idm2, idm4p
\nDescription of maintenance: OIT will be upgrading the connection between Google Applications and Identity Manager
\nUser impact: User accounts and password syncronizations will be delayed during the maintenance window.<\/p>\n
