April 30 from 3:00AM to 7:00AM"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Office of Information Technology will be performing routine systems maintenance which includes but is not limited to rebooting Windows servers as deemed necessary, installing critical patches and other health checks on Thursday, 04\/30\/2015 from 3:00 AM to 7:00 AM during OIT maintenance window.\u00a0 In addition, the following systems will be specifically impacted:<\/p>\n<p>***************************************************<\/p>\n<p>Phone Billing system upgrade (Verasmart)<br \/>\nWhen: 12:00AM &#8211; 3:00AM<br \/>\nAffected services: Phone billing\u200b<br \/>\nAffected systems:\u00a0 boc22comm1\u200b<br \/>\nDescription of maintenance: Upgrading phone billing software (Verasmart)\u00a0from version \u200b10.5.1_sp4 (build 189.13.4) to version 10.6_sp5<br \/>\nUser impact: During upgrade users will not be able to view their billing information\u200b<\/p>\n<p>***************************************************<\/p>\n<p>Change email routing for @hboi.fau.edu<br \/>\nWhen: 6:00AM &#8211; 6:15AM<br \/>\nAffected services: Email send to users @hboi.fau.edu<br \/>\nAffected systems: ns1<br \/>\nDescription of maintenance: HBOI will be transfering authority of their @hboi.fau.edu domain for email purposes to the FAU email system.<br \/>\nUser impact: Email sent to users @hboi.fau.edu will go to those user&#8217;s FAU Exchange accounts<\/p>\n<p>***************************************************<\/p>\n<p>Move the DPM and Crash Plan servers to the new backup rack<br \/>\nWhen:\u00a0 4:00AM &#8211; 6:00AM<br \/>\nAffected services: Microsoft \u200bData Protection Manager and Crash Plan user backups<br \/>\nAffected systems: boc22dpmus and boc22cp<br \/>\nDescription of maintenance: The Servers and storage will be moved between racks in the datacenter<br \/>\nUser impact: Backups will be unavailable during the move<\/p>\n<p>***************************************************<\/p>\n<p>Migrate file server used by Tech Runway<br \/>\nWhen:\u00a0 3:00AM &#8211; 4:00AM<br \/>\nAffected services: The \\\\busace01\\fss fileshare<br \/>\nAffected systems:\u00a0 busace01\u200b &amp; bocana02<br \/>\nDescription of maintenance: OIT will be migrating the file share used by Tech Runway\u200b<br \/>\nUser impact: The FSS fileshare will be unavailable during the migration.
