Office of Information Technology will be performing routine systems maintenance which includes but is not limited to rebooting Windows servers as deemed necessary, installing critical patches and other health checks on Thursday, 03\/03\/2016 from 3:00 AM to 7:00 AM during OIT maintenance window. In addition, the following systems will be specifically impacted:<\/div>\n

Affected services: Chessboard Account Management, Multi Factor Authentication Enrollment, Google Password Change Tool, Network Registration, Network Registration Administrator, Waveset Identity Manager, Graduate Admissions Admin Console, Metadata Management for Saml2\/Shibboleth, eGrades, Admissions Application View in INB, GitLab, Grouper, the Google to Exchange Migrator, Frevvo Forms, Talisma and others email relay<\/div>\n

Affected systems: appadmin, chessboard, \u200bcuttlefish, ds2p, idm1, idm2, idm4p, grouper, jenkins, lintalon0, lintalon1, lintalon2, lintalon3, madcat1p, metadata, shibboleth3, sepiidae (observium), talonx1, talonx2, wildfly1, wildfly2, wildfly3, wildflyadmin, gitlab, googlemigrate, frevvo1, flashgordon (email relay)<\/div>\n

Expected end-user impact: Each service will be offline for 5 – 10 minutes<\/div>\n

Description of change: Due to a critical patch needing to be applied numerous Linux systems run by the Middleware team will be rebooted.<\/div>\n

Description of change: Install all outstanding Banner Financial Aid upgrades\/patches in production. The upgrade is an emergency release from Ellucian and the patch corrects a problem with disbursements.<\/p><\/div>\n
