Office of Information Technology will be performing routine systems maintenance which includes but is not limited to rebooting Windows servers as deemed necessary, installing critical patches and other health checks on Thursday, 07\/21\/2016 from 3:00 AM to 7:00 AM during OIT maintenance window. When: 3:00AM – 7:00AM
\nAffected services: Luminis production (MyFAU)\u200b
\nAffected systems: mcoracle
\nDescription of maintenance: OIT will apply Oracle PSU to DB’s on host mcoracle.
\nUser impact: MyFAU and Luminis will be come unavailable during the maintenance window.<\/p>\n

When: 3:00AM – 7:00AM
\nAffected services: IEA Data Warehouse, Resource 25
\nAffected systems: boc22ora05
\nDescription of maintenance: OIT will apply Oracle PSU to DB’s on host boc22ora05.
\nUser impact: The IEA Datawarehouse will not be available during this time. The Resource 25 application will experiance interruptions in service as well.<\/p>\n

\nUpdate requirements for the Data loss prevention (DLP) rules for Office 365 users<\/p>\n
When: 6:00AM – 6:10AM
\nAffected services: Office 365 email
\nAffected systems: Office365
\nDescription of maintenance: OIT will be changing the Data loss prevention (DLP) policies for all Office 365 users to restrict sending of drivers license and credit card numbers in addition to SSN and DEA Number of occurances of 5 or more\u200b
\nUser impact: SSN, DEA Number, credit card and driver’s license pattern matching will warn the user but allow the mail to be sent if it contains 1-4 occurences and block, but allow the user to override if it contains 5 or more occurences<\/p>\n
