Oct 6 from 3:00AM to 6:00AM"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Office of Information Technology will be performing routine systems maintenance which includes but is not limited to rebooting Windows servers as deemed necessary, installing critical patches and other health checks on Thursday, 10\/06\/2016 from 3:00 AM to 7:00 AM during OIT maintenance window. In addition, the following systems will be specifically impacted:<\/p>\n<p>***************************************************<br \/>\nFAU Account Self Services Updates<br \/>\nWhen: 5:00AM &#8211; 6:00AM<br \/>\nAffected Services: OIM, Self Service\u200b Accounts Portal<br \/>\nAffected Systems: \u200bboc22oimp01, boc22oimp02<br \/>\nDescription of Maintenance: Update SSL cert for third party SMS service\u200b. This should resolve an issue we are seeing with users unble to reset their passwords using SMS password reset feature.<br \/>\nUser Impact: \u200bUsers may not be able to change their password during the restart process.<\/p>\n<p>***************************************************<br \/>\nEcho System restart<br \/>\nWhen: 7:00AM &#8211; 7:10AM<br \/>\nAffected services: Echo360 playback\u200b<br \/>\nAffected systems: Echo360<br \/>\nDescription of maintenance: The ESS needs to have its SAN addresses changed ahead of the switch over for Oct 10.
