\nDescription of change: We will be moving the IP for apply.fau.edu, and atlantic.fau.edu from the old load balancer to the new load balancer hardware.

\nAffected services: Apply.fau.edu and services residing on atlantic.fau.edu will not be available for 5-10 minutes while the IP is migrated to the new hardware.

\nExpected End-user impact:\u00a0 Prospective students applying to the university during the maintenance may receive an error message.<\/p>\n

Storage Maintenance
\nDescription of change: OIT will be performing maintenance on some backend storage. No end-user impact is anticipated.\u200b

\nAffected services:\u00a0 No services will be affected.\u00a0 The Cluster Upgrade wizard installs the Data ONTAP non-disruptively by performing a “rolling upgrade” which fails over a node, installs the new software and then fails it back before moving onto the next node.
\nAffected systems: The NetApp cluster being upgraded is boc22naclm01.
\nExpected End-user impact: During this time, end-users may see a pause in data transfer while a node is failing over or back.<\/p>\n
