\nAffected services: Single Sign On – All services such as Banner Self Service, Workday, Canvas, Office 365, and others which use Single Sign On\u200b
\nAffected systems: shibboleth1p, shibboleth2p, shibboleth3p
\nExpected End-user impact: Users may have difficulty logging into Canvas, Workday, Self Service and other services while upgrades are being performed. \u200b<\/p>\n

\nDescription of change:\u00a0 OIT\u00a0 will be adding a feature to the email system to reduce the prevalence of fake emails sent from FAU addresses.
\nDowntime window start: 5:00 AM
\nDowntime window end: 7:00 AM

\nAffected systems: bertx, ironportnw, boc22esa02, nwesa02
\nExpected End-user impact: During this time, regular email users should see no problems. Legitimate email senders who have not pre-arranged with OIT to either verify or relay their email will probably experience erratic delivery of their emails.\u00a0 The emails will either end up in recipients’ spam\/junk folders or simply not delivered due to non-compliance.<\/p>\n
