Oct 25 from 3:00AM to 7:00AM"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Office of Information Technology will be performing routine systems maintenance which includes but is not limited to rebooting Windows servers as deemed necessary, installing critical patches and other health checks on Thursday, 10\/25\/2018 from 3:00 AM to 7:00 AM during OIT maintenance window.\u00a0 In addition, the following systems will be specifically impacted:<\/p>\n<p>*************************************************************************************<br \/>\nEmail Infrastructure Upgrade<br \/>\nDescription of change: OIT will be adding additional capacity to its email infrastructure.<br \/>\nDowntime window start: 5:00 AM<br \/>\nDowntime window end: 5:00 AM<br \/>\nAffected services: Inbound Email<br \/>\nAffected systems: Email servers<br \/>\nExpected End-user impact: During this time, no end-user impact is expected.<\/p>\n<p>*************************************************************************************<br \/>\nServer Upgrade and Maintenance<br \/>\nDescription of change: OIT will be upgrading the components of several systems to resolve bugs and add support for newer hardware.\u200b\u200b<br \/>\n\u200bDowntime window start: 3:00 AM<br \/>\nDowntime window end: 6:00 AM<br \/>\nAffected services:\u00a0 All services\u200b<br \/>\nAffected systems: \u200bAll systems<br \/>\nExpected End-user impact:\u00a0 During this time, no end-user impact is expected.<\/p>\n<p>*************************************************************************************<br \/>\nIdentity Management<br \/>\nDescription of change: Upgrades and patches which may require restart.\u200b<br \/>\nDowntime window start: 12:00 AM<br \/>\nDowntime window end: 6:00 AM<br \/>\nAffected services: Identity Management<br \/>\nAffected systems: Identity Management<br \/>\nExpected End-user impact: During this time, these changes only affect backend services and should not impact users.<\/p>\n<p>*************************************************************************************<br \/>\nBanner Maintenance<br \/>\nDescription of change: OIT will be installing a critical patch needed by Financial Aid during the FAUP maintenance window.
