Feb. 7 from 3:00AM to 7:00AM"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Office of Information Technology will be performing routine systems maintenance which includes but is not limited to rebooting Windows servers as deemed necessary, installing critical patches and other health checks on Thursday, 02\/07\/2019 from 3:00 AM to 7:00 AM during OIT maintenance window. In addition, the following systems will be specifically impacted:<\/p>\n<p>*************************************************************************************<br \/>\nServer Maintenance &#8211; Retirement of old Luminus MyFAU portal<br \/>\nDescription of change: OIT will be shutting down services that were responsible for the old Luminis MyFAU portal<br \/>\nDowntime window start: 5:00 AM<br \/>\nDowntime window end: 5:30 AM<br \/>\nOIT Units involved in the change systems<br \/>\nAffected services: Old MyFAU portal and any web services that relied on it for authentication.<br \/>\nAffected systems: Luminus, mcportals<br \/>\nExpected End-user impact: During this time, no end-user impact is expected. All services relying on the old portal should have been migrated away already as part of other projects and change notices.<\/p>\n<p>*************************************************************************************<br \/>\nAccount Self Service<br \/>\nDescription of change: OIT will be upgrading and patching services related to account management related to HIPAA user roles. \u200b<br \/>\nDowntime window start: 5:00 AM<br \/>\nDowntime window end: 6:00 AM<br \/>\nAffected services: Account Self Service<br \/>\nAffected systems: accounts.fau.edu, um.fau.edu<br \/>\nExpected End-user impact: During this time, no end-user impact is expected. These changes should not effect existing systems.
