SSO Upgrade
\nDescription of change: OIT will upgrade the \u200bprompting system in the Single Sign On System so users of slower services do not see the continue button if they do not have any tasks to complete. OIT is also introducing prompts for student 2Factor enrollment.

\nDowntime window end: 5:00 AM
\nAffected services: All Systems that user SSO including Canvas, Workday, and others.
\nAffected systems: Shibboleth servers
\nExpected End-user impact: During this time, single sign on may stop working for 10 – 15 minutes while we redeploy the prompting service.<\/p>\n

\nDescription of change:\u00a0 OIT will update the Znumber channel in MyFAU to provide more detailed information about the student to decrease help desk calls. \u200b
