May 16 from 3:00AM to 7:00AM"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Office of Information Technology will be performing routine systems maintenance which includes but is not limited to rebooting Windows servers as deemed necessary, installing critical patches and other health checks on Thursday, 05\/16\/2019 from 3:00 AM to 7:00 AM during OIT maintenance window.\u00a0 In addition, the following systems will be specifically impacted:<\/p>\n<p>*************************************************************************************<br \/>\nFile Server Maintenance<br \/>\nDescription of change: OIT will be enabling in transit encryption for a file share.<br \/>\nDowntime window start: 4:00 AM<br \/>\nDowntime window end: 5:00 AM<br \/>\nAffected services: Controller&#8217;s ANDISEC share<br \/>\nAffected systems: ANDISEC<br \/>\nExpected End-user impact: During this time, no end-user impact is expected. After the change, only systems with Windows\u00a08 or higher will be able to connect to the share.<\/p>\n<p>*************************************************************************************<br \/>\nBanner Maintenance<br \/>\nDescription of change: OIT will be upgrading and patching the BANNER system with 11 different releases.<br \/>\nDowntime window start: 3:00 AM<br \/>\nDowntime window end: 7:00 AM<br \/>\nAffected services: No service impact expected<br \/>\nAffected systems: Banner<br \/>\nExpected End-user impact: During this time, no end-user impact is expected.<\/p>\n<p>*************************************************************************************<br \/>\nAuthentication service migration<br \/>\nDescription of change: OIT will be migrating some systems responsible for authentication to a newer version<br \/>\nDowntime window start: 3:00 AM<br \/>\nDowntime window end: 6:00 AM<br \/>\nAffected services: SSO and ADFS<br \/>\nAffected systems: SSO and ADFS<br \/>\nExpected End-user impact: During this time, no end-user impact is expected<\/p>\n<p>************************************************************************************<br \/>\nMail Server Maintenance<br \/>\nDescription of change: OIT will be making a change to how emails are routed.<br \/>\nDowntime window start: 3:00 AM<br \/>\nDowntime window end: 6:00 AM<br \/>\nAffected services: Email<br \/>\nAffected systems: Email servers<br \/>\nExpected End-user impact: During this time, no end-user impact is expected.<\/p>\n<p>*************************************************************************************<br \/>\nOracle Server Maintenance<br \/>\nDescription of change: OIT will be applying the Oracle Upgrade 12cR2 to ODSP production database<br \/>\nDowntime window start: 3:00 AM<br \/>\nDowntime window end: 5:00 AM<br \/>\nAffected services: ODSP production environment. Webfocus won&#8217;t be able to connect to the ODSP database.<br \/>\nAffected systems: odsprod<br \/>\nExpected End-user impact: During this time, services listed above will be unavailable at times.<\/p>\n<p>*************************************************************************************<br \/>\nOracle Server Maintenance<br \/>\nDescription of change: OIT will be applying the Oracle Upgrade 12cR2 to RCASP Webfocus production database.<br \/>\nDowntime window start: 3:00 AM<br \/>\nDowntime window end: 5:00 AM<br \/>\nAffected services: WebFocus production environment.
