\nDescription of change: OIT will be performing security updates of the radius servers that support wireless and Eduroam authentication. There may be temporary interruption as the systems are updated.\u200b

\nAffected services: On-site wireless, Eduroam
\nExpected End-user impact: During this time, users may lose WiFi connectivity on campus during the update. Users using Eduroam may have failed authentications while trying to use other institutions’ WiFi.<\/p>\n

\nDescription of change: The authentication for Florida Shines Transcripts, Transient, and similar authentications will be updated.This update will increase the reliability of the system and improve the performance when users access the Florida Shines Services.

\nAffected services: Florida Shines
\nExpected End-user impact: During this time, no end-user impact is expected. Should errors occur, end users will see an authentication error on the Florida Shines page.
