Office of Information Technology will be performing routine systems maintenance which includes but is not limited to rebooting Windows servers as deemed necessary, installing critical patches and other health checks on Thursday, 10\/10\/2019 from 3:00 AM to 7:00 AM during OIT maintenance window. \nDescription of change: OIT will apply some updates to the integration between Banner and NuPark to automatically zero out charges in NuPark when charges are sent to Banner.
\nDowntime window start: 6:00 AM
\nDowntime window end: 7:00 AM
\nAffected services: NuPark, SnapLogic, Banner\u200b
\nExpected End-user impact: During this time, users who’s parking and traffic tickets have been sent to banner will no longer be able to pay their bills in NuPark. Those individuals will instead have to make their payments in self service Banner.<\/p>\n

\nDescription of change: OIT will be updating the firmware for its spam filter appliances.

\nExpected End-user impact: During this time, email delivery may be delayed for inbound mail. Client may receive an error when sending mail to smtp.fau.edu.<\/p>\n
