Convert all upper case Spriden names to mixed case Spriden names
\nDescription of change: OIT will make changes to correct upper case names to mixed case. The \u200bTEST score loading process is populating all upper case first, last, middle names to Spriden names. This need to be corrected in backend. Make data load of names in SPAIDEN be mixed case.
