In addition, the following systems will be specifically impacted:<\/p>\n<p>*************************************************************************************<\/p>\n<p>Integration of new sexual harassment training tool<br \/>\nDescription of change: OIT will integrate a new sexual harassment tool with Banner using a \u200bSnaplogic pipeline to integrate banner with the new tool\u00a0from Everfi, a third party\u00a0service.<br \/>\nDowntime window start: 12:00 AM<br \/>\nDowntime window end: 12:00 AM<br \/>\nAffected services: \u200bNo services are affected.<br \/>\nExpected End-user impact: During this time no end-user impact is expected.<\/p>\n<p>********************************************************<\/p>\n<p>Server Upgrade<br \/>\nDescription of change: OIT will be upgrading the software on one of its mail servers.\u200b<br \/>\nDowntime window start: 3:00 AM<br \/>\nDowntime window end: 6:00 AM<br \/>\nAffected services: On-premises exchange &#8211; mail.fau.edu\u200b<br \/>\nExpected End-user impact: During this time, no-end user impact is expected since all user mailboxes are hosted in Office 365.
