\nDescription of change: OIT will be automating the barcode generation process for Owl Card

\nExpected End-user impact: During this time, \u200bno end-user impact is expected. Owl Card center will no longer have to scan a barcode into the system then send that paper to the library. ISO and barcode will automatically be created in the Owl Card and Bank Tables.<\/p>\n
