\nDescription of change: OIT will be upgrading Papercut production from 18.0.3 to 20.0.0 in preparation for migration to the new production environment in October.

\nAffected services: Papercut printing.

OIM View Modification to change Attended Role for Exit Process
\nDescription of change: When a student withdraws from the university via the Exit Form II, Registrar’s sets the student as inactivated for the future term. This was causing problems with student’s access to Canvas, etc. OIT will make a change to code to fix the attended role to include active registration.
