\nDescription of change: \u200bOIT will be upgrading the software on the voicemail servers.

\nExpected End-user impact: During this time, there will be approximately 1-2 minutes where callers will be unable to leave a voicemail or access the voice directory.<\/p>\n
\nFrevvo Production Server Update
\nDescription of change: OIT will update Frevvo Forms Server to the newest version.

\nAffected services: \u200bFrevvo forms server, Admission Application Forms, COVID Attestation Form\u200b
\nExpected End-user impact: During this time, \u200bUniversity forms will be offline. Users should be directed to try to submit again after the maintenance window.<\/p>\n
\nServer Upgrade
\nDescription of change: \u200b\u200bOIT will be upgrading the operating system on 2 of its authentication servers.

\nExpected End-user impact: During this time, authentication to AD may be delayed. There might be intermittent authentication issues on the Jupiter campus.<\/p>\n
\nOnBase transcript solution: Eprint replacement
\nDescription of change: OIT will implement an OnBase transcript solution to replace Eprint EDI transcripts
