In addition, the following systems will be specifically impacted:<\/p>\n<p>*************************************************************************************<br \/>\nServer maintenance<br \/>\nDescription of change: OIT is applying a workaround to resolve some browser compatibility issues with our electronic document storage system, edocs.fau.edu.<br \/>\nDowntime window start: 2\/11\/2021 7:00 AM<br \/>\nDowntime window end: 2\/11\/2021 7:30 AM<br \/>\nAffected services: Edocs.fau.edu (\u200bOnline Document Management\/Storage System)<br \/>\nExpected End-user impact: During this time, no end-user impact is expected<\/p>\n<p>*************************************************************************************<br \/>\neGrades updates<br \/>\nDescription of change: OIT will remove requirement to enter LDA for students with midterm grade of F.<br \/>\nDowntime window start: 2\/11\/2021 12:00 AM<br \/>\nDowntime window end: 2\/11\/2021 12:00 AM<br \/>\nAffected services: \u200beGrades; Canvas grading<br \/>\nExpected End-user impact: During this time, no end-user impact is expected. After the change, faculty will not have to enter LDA for any midterm grades.<\/p>\n<p>*************************************************************************************<br \/>\nGradCAS Data Load Integration<br \/>\nDescription of change: OIT is creating a process to load GradCAS application data to Banner.<br \/>\nDowntime window start: 2\/11\/2021 12:00 AM<br \/>\nDowntime window end: 2\/11\/2021 12:00 AM<br \/>\nAffected services: \u200bBanner<br \/>\nExpected End-user impact: During this time, no end-user impact is expected. \u200b<\/p>\n<p>*************************************************************************************<br \/>\nHonors Report Update Owldone<br \/>\nDescription of change: OIT will update the OwlDone Honors Report to order the report by Date.<br \/>\nDowntime window start: 2\/11\/2021 12:00 AM<br \/>\nDowntime window end: 2\/11\/2021 12:00 AM<br \/>\nAffected services: \u200bOwlDone<br \/>\nExpected End-user impact: During this time, Owldone will be unavailable for about 5 minutes during restart.<\/p>\n<p>*************************************************************************************<br \/>\nAdd the CA hold to inactived student hold lift process.<br \/>\nDescription of change: \u200bAdd the CA hold to the hold lift process for inactivated students.
