In this Canvas release (October 21st), both students and teachers can now select the frequency of when their events appear on their Canvas calendar. This will appear as a drop-down menu when scheduling an event and will make scheduling repeated events less of a hassle.
Instructors can now also create three custom statuses that may be used in their gradebooks and SpeedGrader. These statuses can also change the color of standard statuses such as ‘Late’ or ‘Missing’ if they wish.
