We welcome a variety of presentation formats, including practical classroom use cases, in-depth research discussions, and interactive workshops. Our goal is to provide attendees with real-world examples for implementation in face-to-face, hybrid, or online environments.

Our committee has curated four distinct tracks to ensure a comprehensive exploration of technology’s impact, fostering an environment of innovation and collaboration:
- AI-Powered Teaching & Course Design: Explore AI’s role in lesson planning, content creation, module design, feedback processes, accessibility improvements, and student engagement.
- Assessment & Academic Integrity in the AI Era: Focus on authentic assessment design, AI-proof or AI-resilient strategies, alternative assignment structures, student integrity concerns, and approaches grounded in pedagogy rather than surveillance.
- AI for Research, Scholarship, and Creative Practice: Highlight ways AI supports scholarly productivity, including literature reviews, data analysis, and more.
- AI in Action (Workshops, Demos & Innovations): Lead and participate in hands-on labs and rapid-fire demos to showcase practical workflows.

- Panel (30-45 minutes): Engage in discussions facilitated by a moderator.
- Presentation (30-45 minutes): Share strategies, experiences, or case studies.
- Rapid-Fire Demo (10 minutes): Demonstrate a practical workflow or idea for immediate replication.
