All faculty and employees (non-OPS) with at least a .50 appointment or engaged in research activity must complete an Outside Activity Report for conflict review on or before September 30, 2025. If you have already submitted a report on or after July 1, 2025, you do not need to re-file unless you have new or additional outside activity. A report of “no activity” must be submitted if you have no outside activity to report for the year.
