Log in to Workday to review and verify that your personal information is accurate.
- MAILING ADDRESS: Form W-2 and other prudent year-end documents will be mailed to the primary address displayed in Workday. Verify that the address we have on file is correct. If you have an Apartment, Suite, Unit, or Building number, it is recommended to add that information to Address Line 2 of your mailing address. For questions regarding a contact change, please email hres@fau.edu
- SSN and FULL NAME: Check that the spelling of your Name and Social Security Number displayed in Workday matches what is printed on your Social Security card.
Go Paperless! Enroll now to retrieve your Form W-2 from Workday when it becomes available. Log in to Workday and update the printing election through self-service: Pay -> My Tax Documents -> Tax Forms Printing Elections.
