Lynn College of Nursing’s Initiative for Intentional Health is offering FREE weekly wellness sessions on many Healing Modalities and Mindfulness Tools to Florida Atlantic’s faculty, staff & students? The sessions cover a variety of topics in Meditation, Breathwork, EFT Tapping, Yoga, Energy Healing, Manifestation Techniques, Sound Therapy, Journaling, Chakra Balancing, and much more. Join a free Gentle Yoga Class every Tuesday this April at noon at the College of Nursing. Geared specifically for those new to yoga or interested in gentle practice, the classes incorporate simple flowing sequences to warm up the body, as well as slower-paced movements focusing on alignments, strength, and balance. All robotics enthusiasts are welcome to join the weekly Robotics Meetups at the Rubin & Cindy Gruber Sandbox! Hosted in collaboration with Machine Perception and Cognitive Robotics Lab, the meetups present a unique opportunity for students to share their knowledge, learn to use AI with Robots and Embedded Systems, and join the discourse on robotics and their future. The Sandbox utilizes OpenLab so the students can use the robotics learning resources or participate in projects and discussion groups.
