[Resolved] Slowness Accessing Online Ticketing System (Parature)

We have received reports of slowness when accessing our online ticketing system (Parature).  Our vendor is currently investigating to determine the cause and hope to have the issue resolved as soon as possible.

[resolved] Password syncs from Luminis are not operational

Password changes originating from Luminis are not being synced currently. Additionally, User Services may experience issues when managing users in IDM. We are working to resolve the issue.
