Florida Atlantic University is currently experiencing issues affecting FAU.edu and several related web services. Users may encounter slow performance, intermittent connectivity, login issues, or difficulty accessing certain university websites and applications, including Workday.

We are currently experiencing an issue with Banner Student Registration where students may receive the message “Time tickets prevent registration at this time” when attempting to register for classes.
OIT is actively working to resolve the issue and restore normal registration functionality as quickly as possible.
We will provide an update once the issue has been resolved.

A fix has been implemented, and MYFAU response times should be improving. We will continue to closely monitor the environment as all affected applications are restored to normal functionality.

We experienced a temporary SSO (Single Sign On) outage from between approximately 8:10am until 8:25am. Login access to FAU Services, including Workday, Canvas, and other services were unavailable at that time. Service has been fully restored.
