We are experiencing an issue with the 1st floor data switch in the Computer Center building. We are working to resolve the issue as soon as possible.

The FAU automated campus operator, also known as SPOK, is experiencing a problem with one of the hardware nodes. Incoming calls that will be routed to the operator. We are working with the vendor to resolve this issue.
Network maintenance on March 7 from 12:01 am – 6:00 am
OIT will be performing network maintenance on Wednesday, March 7 from 12:01 a.m. until 6:00 a.m. Due to the nature of the maintenance, users may experience intermittent Internet outages lasting approximately 5 minutes during this window. The Internet connection will be rerouted to the backup connection to minimize any downtime.
Wi-Fi upgrades on Tuesday March 06
On Tuesday, March 6, 2018, between 5:00 am and 6:30 am, OIT will perform routine maintenance on the FAU wireless networks. This upgrade will cause an interruption to the fau, fauwpa2, and fauguest wireless networks.
