The network maintenance scheduled for tomorrow on the Jupiter and Boca Raton campuses has been postponed and will not take place tomorrow as originally planned.
OIT will be performing core network maintenance on the Jupiter and Boca Raton campuses from 5:00 a.m. until 7:00 a.m. on Monday January 18th During this time, network traffic on these campuses may experience momentary disruptions.
Our service provider AT&T is currently experiencing a widespread outage which is affecting phone and internet service. On campus phones, as well as AT&T cell phones may be affected. They are working to resolve and we will update as we receive additional information.

OIT will be performing upgrades and enhancements to several FAU network segments between 11:00 p.m. on January 31 and 1:00 a.m. on February 1. During the maintenance window, there may be a 5 minute disruption to the campus networks.

Research Computing Scheduler Upgrade
Description of change: Research Computing will be upgrading the scheduler used to control jobs on the cluster. This upgrade should resolve several problems preventing GUI and MPI applications from running correctly.
