[10:30 am Monday] Network Infrastructure and Research Computing are working to isolate the problem between the Campus core and the Research Buildings. Hardware is being dispatched, and we will continue testing as we work towards a resolution.
[9pm Sunday] Research Computing’s home directory and scratch file systems are currently unavailable. We are investigating and will update this tomorrow morning once more information is known.
Identity Management System Replacement- Temporary Service Interruption- TOMORROW 3/11 4AM
We will begin the planned replacement of our Identity Management System at 4 AM tomorrow, March 11th.
During this period, services such as account provisioning, account changes, and password synchronization will be temporarily unavailable.
Authentication for existing accounts should not be affected and will continue to function as usual.

We have confirmed that authenticated REDcap users are being forced to reauthenticate every few minutes. We are investigating the issue and will update when the issue is resolved.
Research Computing Outage /mnt/archive
A power failure in the Jupiter Data Center appears to have caused Beegfs /mnt/archive on the new Athene cluster to go offline. The team is en route to the campus and will resolve the problem as soon as possible.
[RESOLVED] Microsoft Copilot Service Issues
Update 10/30/2025 @ 1:30 am: The issue with Microsoft Copilot has been resolved.
Users may experience difficulties accessing Microsoft Copilot Chat, particularly when using a web browser. Microsoft has confirmed this is a widespread issue affecting many users. We will provide additional updates as soon as they become available.
Frevvo Authenticated Forms Currently Unavailable
We are currently experiencing issues with Frevvo online forms that require user authentication. Our team is actively investigating the problem. We will provide an update as soon as more information becomes available. Thank you for your patience.
