[RESOLVED] Issue with Split Zoom Meetings

Zoom has resolved the issue causing a very small subset of participants joining a meeting to be split into multiple meetings with the same meeting ID.

[RESOLVED] Intermittent issues with Pay for Print

**UPDATE**

The issues with Pay-for-Print have been resolved and the system has been restored to full service. All related systems and applications should be functioning as usual.

Banner Maintenance – Sept 30 & Oct 1 from 3:00AM to 7:00AM

On September 30 and October 1 between 3:00AM and 7:00AM, the Banner system will be unavailable in order for OIT to install regulatory releases.

Recalculate Tuition after Residency Verification

[SERVICE DISRUPTION] Outlook email and Office 365 Applications

Microsoft has announced that there are current service issues related to Office 365 which may prevent logging into or utilizing services. These services include Outlook/Exchange email, Microsoft Teams, and other Office 365 applications. We do not have an anticipated time of resolution from Microsoft at this time.

Canvas users experiencing page errors

Canvas users may experience 502 page errors and degraded performance while viewing documents within Canvas (i.e. using the document preview function). Canvas has found a fix and is working to resolve the issue.
