[Completed] – Telephone system core battery Maintenance – Wednesday, Aug. 8

The telephone system core battery will undergo maintenance on Wednesday, August, 8, 2018 beginning at 12:00 am until 4:00 am.

During this time, there will be intermittent disruption of inbound and outbound telephone calls.

In the event of an emergency, the FAU police department can be reached at 561-271-5163 by using a cellular or other non-FAU phone.

Affected systems: FAU app and web server
Expected End-user impact: During this time, EMS (both web and desktop client) and Master Calendar will be unavailable. End-users will need to upgrade to new EMS client on desktop. Instructions were provided via email.
