[RESOLVED] TouchNet Systems Maintenance, Friday, April 23rd from 3:00AM to 7:00AM

The TouchNet payment processing system will be undergoing maintenance -Starting from 3:00am to 7:00am (EST) Friday, April 23rd. This affects student payment services (Bill+Payment), as well as all Marketplace Stores, uPay sites and TouchNet ready partner payment services. We expect all systems to be back online no later than 7:00 am (EST) that morning. When the system is back up and ready to go, we will notify you. You may wish to place warnings on your website, or take your store offline. If this scheduled downtime creates a conflict for your operations, please feel free to contact us at FIS@fau.edu for further discussion. Telecommunications maintenance – April 9 – 12

Communication Infrastructure will be performing emergency maintenance to the Telecommunications and Voice servers between 9:00 p.m. on Friday, April 9 and 3:00 a.m. on Saturday, April 10, 2021.  Additional maintenance will take place between 9:00 p.m. on Sunday, April 11 and 1:00 a.m. on Monday, April 12, 2021.

During the maintenance window, there may be a 5 minute disruption to the campus voice, voicemail, and telephone networks.

Zoom has resolved the issue causing users to be unable to use Live Transcription services within Zoom Meetings.

Zoom: Live transcription services are unavailable

Zoom has received reports of users being unable to utilize Live Transcription services within Zoom Meetings. Cloud Recording transcriptions are not impacted. Zoom is currently investigating and will provide updates as they have them.
