[Resolved] Lockdown Browser & Other Canvas Tool Errors
[Resolved] This issue is no longer affecting the aforementioned tools and has been marked as “Resolved” by Respondus & other systems.
[UPDATE, May 1, 11:32am] The Lockdown Browser dashboard seems to be loading now. Canvas and Respondus have not updated their statuses yet, but the tool seems to be loading now.
Users accessing the instructor-side Lockdown Browser tool in Canvas are currently experiencing an error when trying to view their Lockdown Browser dashboard. This issue may be impacting other external tools and publisher systems (e.g., McGraw Hill Connect). We’ve reached out to the corresponding support teams and are investigating. Updates will be shared here as we get them. Exams with Lockdown Browser enabled are still 100% functional and are not experiencing issues.
Respondus has issued an update as well.
[Update] Mediasite Presentation Delay
Monitoring – Mediasite has taken steps to mitigate the delay in channel presentation availability. Presentations should start appearing in their respective channels over the next hour.
We continue to monitor the process.
Mediasite Presentation Delay
Mediasite presentations may be delayed from appearing in their respective channels beyond the nominal 24-hour window. We are investigating with the vendor and will post updates as they become available.
Direct link and embedded presentation appear to be unaffected.

[RESOLVED] Zoom Maintenance
The issue affecting Zoom health accounts has been resolved. Health users should now be able to view all their meetings, including recently scheduled and past meetings.
Thank you for your patience as we worked to restore full functionality.
Update 12/17/2025 @ 9:30 pm: Update on Zoom Health Accounts
Users with @health.fau.edu email addresses should now be able to view all meetings they have personally scheduled, as well as any past meetings.
Please note: Meetings where health users are listed as alternative hosts or have scheduling privileges may take additional time to fully propagate and display correctly. These updates are currently processing gradually, so access will improve over time.
We will provide another status update by 10:00 AM tomorrow.
Thank you for your patience as we complete this process.
OIT will be performing maintenance on Zoom tonight 12/17/2025 from 8:00 PM to 10:00 PM to resolve an issue affecting health accounts.
During this time, users with @health.fau.edu email addresses may experience limited functionality, including not being able to view past meetings or see upcoming meetings.
All other accounts will not be impacted.
We appreciate your patience as we work to ensure Zoom services run smoothly.
[RESOLVED]Canvas Integration Service Interruptions
