Office of Information Technology will be performing routine systems maintenance which includes but is not limited to rebooting Windows servers as deemed necessary, installing critical patches and other health checks on Thursday, 07/25/2024 from 12:01 AM to 7:00 AM during OIT maintenance window. Description of change: OIT will be performing server maintenance on uAchieve from 12:00am to 4:00am on July 25th, 2024 and will be unavailable during that time.

[RESOLVED] Banner Admin Production Service Outage

Our MSP has restarted services, and upon testing Banner Admin is now reachable. Thank you.

Our Banner Appnav/Admin application is currently unavailable. We sent the information to our Managed Services Provider so we can restart all services and identify the issue. Users will receive a white screen when trying to login to Banner Admin. We will provide information once the issue has been corrected.

VPN Management Server Maintenance
Description of change: OIT will be performing maintenance on the Advanced VPN infrastructure from 10:00 a.m. until 8:00 p.m. on Saturday July 6th. During this time, there may be periods of time where newly installed Advanced VPN clients may be unable to obtain configuration. This maintenance should not affect the use of Advanced or Basic VPN.

Affected services: Advanced VPN
End-user impact: We anticipate minimal end user impact limited to any user that installs the advanced VPN client for the first time. There will be a period of time during the maintenance where new clients will be unable to get a license or a configuration file. Existing clients will work while the server is under maintenance.

[RESOLVED] Transcript Request/Payments Issue

Transcript requests are now functional again. Any issues please report them to the Help Desk.

We have been experiencing issues with our Transcript request/payments service as of Friday, May 31st, 2024. We have removed the options that are not working currently, and added an message referencing the service interruption. We are working with our vendors to restore this service.
